This Refund, Cancellation & Billing Policy ("Policy") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and GHLOps (a DBA of RKS GROUP WA PTY LTD, Australia).
By accessing or using the GHLOps services or completing any payment, you expressly acknowledge, agree, and consent to be bound by this Policy in full. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must not use our services.
Billing Method & Payment Processing
GHLOps uses Stripe for all payments and subscription management.
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe
- GHLOps does not manually initiate charges
- Charges occur only when you voluntarily complete a Stripe Checkout or when Stripe automatically bills an authorized recurring plan
By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method in accordance with the pricing, billing frequency, and terms displayed at checkout.
Subscription Terms
All subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
- Full payment is due in advance at the beginning of each billing period
- Stripe will automatically charge your payment method on your renewal date
- Charges continue until you cancel your subscription
- Unused service hours do not roll over to the next billing period
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to services until the end of the paid period.
Managing Your Subscription
You can upgrade, downgrade, or update your subscription at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal.
Through the billing portal you can:
- Upgrade your plan — changes apply immediately, with prorated charges
- Downgrade your plan — changes apply at the start of your next billing period
- Update your payment method or billing details

Refund Policy
- All monthly payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins
- We allocate team resources and capacity for your account at the start of each month
- No refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods, unused hours, or account inactivity
- Unused hours do not roll over and are not eligible for refund or credit
Service Hours
Service hours are allocated monthly based on your selected plan (40, 80, or 160 hours).
- Unused hours do not roll over to the next billing period
- Hours expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle
- Additional hours can be purchased at any time at the standard rate
Pausing Service
We do not offer a "pause" option. If you need to take a break, you can cancel through the Stripe Billing Portal and restart your subscription when ready.
Note that restarting may be subject to availability and current pricing.
Special Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances (such as service failure on our part), we may offer prorated refunds or credits at our sole discretion. Each case will be evaluated individually.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By using GHLOps services, you expressly agree not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals for validly processed payments.
In the event of a dispute, GHLOps may submit evidence including:
- This Policy and Terms of Service
- Payment and checkout records
- Billing and usage logs
- Proof of service delivery
- Communication records
Improper disputes may result in account suspension, termination, recovery of dispute fees, and legal action where permitted by law.
Policy Updates
GHLOps reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
Governing Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
